He stood there by the open window and took in the beautiful view over Rome, the Eternal City. The sun slowly rose and doused the town in a golden glimmer.
Slowly she aproached him from behind and kissed one of his
shoulderblades,
before she wrapped her arms around his waist. He laid his hands upon
hers and
their fingers laced together.
"This is one of the happiest moments of my new life. I never realized
how I
missed the sunrise", he whispered.
She leaned her head against his back and sighed. "You will see it every
morning if you want, baby."
He unclasped the hold of her hands and turned around. Looking her deep
in the
eyes, he tilted his head lightly. "I always see the sun rise in your
eyes,
luv. I´m happy that I´m here with you and I will
never let you go…again.
You're stuck with me…till the end of our time."
"I love you!" she said, after she took a look at his fantastic blue
eyes and dropped a featherlight kiss upon his lips.
He smiled and kissed her back. "I believe you, Buffy…I love
you, too."
She took one of his hands and lead him back to the kingsized bed. "Show
me
how much, Spike."
